I needed a new secretary but I need one with special skills and a certain terrific attitude, an attitude to please, to make things go well, to make a wonderful working environment. She doesn't need to type well, she doesn't need to take dictation but other skills are very important so how do you find someone like that. I don't know. My current secretary is leaving, moving because her husband got transferred and she's leaving me. That ain't right.
