After a hot and sweaty work out session at the gym, it's time to relax in the bath. I fill the tub up with cold water to help me cool down. The water feels so refreshing! I tilt my head back in the water, allowing my hair to soak. Then, I submerge my head completely underwater. The water feels so good, I just want to stay down there! I continually submerge myself multiple times, experimenting with different ways to hold my breath for longer, before rising to the surface to take nice, deep breaths!
