Underwoman is at battle with a booted woman who for the 1st time makes Underwoman! She walks up his downed body, and places a foot to his neck which within seconds knocks the gray villain out! He losses consciousness for a second, then his body starts shaking as he snores under her foot, then finally coming back only to find himself being stepped all over by his enemy, The Black Boot.
