Underwoman is a villain in a women governed city. He is spotted by one of his enemies in an underground club on Halloween and pulled to the dance floor, never to be seen standing again. Underwoman is trampled by sexy, costumed women for the rest of the night. His first encounter is a woman wearing biker boots, followed by one wearing combat boots.
