Underwoman is a villain in a women governed city. He is spotted by one of his enemies in an underground club on Halloween and pulled to the dance floor, never to be seen standing again. Underwoman is trampled by sexy, costumed women for the rest of the night. Things heat up as Underwoman finds himself crushed under a ninja and her sailor girlfriend.
