Underwoman is a villain in a women governed city. He is spotted by one of his enemies in an underground club on Halloween and pulled to the dance floor, never to be seen standing again. Underwoman is trampled by sexy, costumed women for the rest of the night. The sailor isn't finished putting Underwoman in his place, so she catches him later and stands on him again.
