Underwoman is prisoner to a school girl who gets bullied. She decided since she gets bullied, someone else needs to feel the pain she does, and that person is Underwoman. She lures him into her home where she decides to use him as a footstool, as well as standing on him, and making him worship her shoes and feet. As long as people at school make her feel low, he is going to feel lower.......like, be-low-her.
