In "The Complete Treatment" part 1, Shay Ghost approached a medical professional about an interrogation that he had performed on a member of the family. The Doctor (Dr. Dooma) made it clear to Ms. Ghost that he did the right thing and offered to show her exactly what he had done to that family member. Reluctantly, Shay stripped and went through some rather rough and invasive measures that included stern spankings and sexual inspections.
