The president of the homeowners association decides to make a visit to her house, Mr. Feeley decides that he's going to lay it on the line for Delta. Mr. Feeley is straight to the point, there's a vote coming up and he can sway the decision in her favor, but he wants to see what everyone has been talking about. Delta then takes her top off and she's told to bend over. Mr. Feeley is surprised when he sees that Delta appears to have been spanked recently,... she just might be as kinky girl.
