Would you consider making a swallowing clip, where you have a variety of fruit pieces like whole grapes and cut-up pieces of banana and orange, you take each piece, place it in your mouth and swallow it whole with no chewing. Sometimes, depending on individual anatomy, the bulge of the fruit piece can be seen as it travels down the neck. Don't worry about any noises you produce - any loud gulps, gags, squeaks, gurgles, hiccups or burps would be most welcome.
