Alia painted her nails with white color, worn her swimcap and goggles, then gone to the bathtub where she started her breathe holding training. She tried to stay underwater for a longer time than usual, she struggled to stay longer and much longer. Her feet squeezed each other harder and harder, her stomach pulsed underwater in trying to hold her breathe.
