The title says it all, when I have some spare time and there is somebody around to roll with, I always accept the challenge. It is a nice and good exercise! It is fun to spar with many different people, because I learn a lot from it. Everybody reacts differently on techniques and moves and you never know exactly what to expect. What is effective in one case, might not work quite as well in another situation. So it's really good practise to spar with many people. The sparring was fun, the guy does not give up and he really gives himself, trying to avoid submission and dreaming of making me subm...
