Ok so, could you have your girl sat on the sofa wearing a button up shirt and her hands tied behind her. You start vacuuming around with the floor tool. Then start vacuuming the sofa with the floor tool and gradually move onto her legs and shirt spending a bit of time on her shirt especially on her boobs and the shirt buttons.

Then using the nozzle give her boobs and buttons a thorough vacuum before unbuttoning her shirt to vacuum her boobs and bra.

Then after a couple of minutes pull her bra down and vacuum her boobs
