Unfortunately for Epiphany, her visit turns into a slapstick nightmare as the crumbling building ruins her outfit and her day. A faceful of dust causes her to cough and splutter, and as she staggers round she accidentally puts her fingers right in a mousetrap. Squealing in pain, Epiphany delicately pulls the mousetrap off her fingers, but it's not long before the next disaster strikes, as she hits her head on a temporary wooden wall, before slipping on a banana skin and landing her crotch right on another mousetrap.

Epiphany howls in pain and tries to carefully remove the mousetrap from her poor crotch. After a lot of fuss and hopping round, she finally removes it and stomps off to examine the rest of the ruined building. In the kitchen, Epiphany realises the sink isn't working, she fiddles around underneath the sink, until the water starts flowing all over her head and top.

Finding an old industrial fan, Epiphany plays with it until it nearly blows her clothes off, leaving her a dishevelled mess, which only gets worse when a faulty light socket gives her a nasty shock, completely ruining her outfit.

Epiphany decides to get the hell out of the house, only to find door is stuck and she can't escape. As she tugs angrily at the door, it flies open leaving Epiphany flattened and dazed against the wall.

This devious real estate agent will think twice before trying to scam people with a dangerous abandoned building in the future.
