According to this one, the villain has planted bombs all over Gotham, and unless she does exactly as instructed, a whole lot of orphanages and hospitals are going to go BOOM!

She complies, first by giving a sexy little dance... but when gas begins to fill the room, Batgirl knows she's in for the fight of her life! She'll find herself bound as she watches each piece of her suit being stolen! She'll struggle in vain, but each part of her suit is taken until she is totally nude!
