Welcome to the official opening of the Velvets Loonerversity! In this orientation video, I encourage you to look around at my room full of gorgeous 17" and 24" Jewel tone balloons. This time around, these bulbous beauties are safe...the only pops come from my delicious bubble gum! They do get a fair amount of kissing and teasing, though!
