Towards the beginning of the video I say that I really didn't get that much food but in post calculating the calories, it's approximately 1900 calories according to TB's app. It didn't look like much food but it was a lot of calories and it definitely filled me up pretty well. I pull my double belly out about halfway through so you can see my huge rolls fully. I squeeze and jiggle a bit as I eat. There are a couple burps at the end. Next time I want to try to eat a full party pack of tacos.
