Meiko is in a mean mood and not going to take octavio's excuses anymore. She wants the damn money and if he won't tell her where it is, she will use her perfect hands to smother it out of him. She asks him where it is and continually grips his mouth shut so he can't breathe. He struggles to breathe as she keeps her hands locked over his mouth and nose barely giving him a breath.
