Sahrye plays a school librarian who's so sick of hearing nerdy, bratty student VeVe talking in the library that she's given her an extra special detention. VeVe is tape gagged and tape bound to a chair (taped around her torso and shins) while Sahrye lectures her about her bad behavior. But that's not quite enough punishment for such a talkative troublemaker -- Sahrye replaces the tape gag with a big red ball gag before leaving VeVe alone for the rest of the detention time.
