Once the ladies enter the training room, no more words are needed. They solemnly leave their cigarettes burning beside the mat, warily circle each other, and finally clash together for their long-awaited showdown. The ladies fall locked together in a close-clutching catball, entangling their legs and rolling over and over across the mats. But their strategy is chiefly to batter the other into submission with belly punishment -- as they roll, they constantly trade belly, rib, and kidney shots, grunting and groaning with the effort of giving and taking blows.

Occasionally they drag each other back to their feet where one can slam the other against the wall or roll near to their ashtray where one manages to briefly pin the other, take a drag from her cig, and contemptuously blow smoke in her opponent's face. Occasionally, in the midst of their fight, the warring women even share a few furious, passionate kisses. At last, one lady seizes control and subdues the other with a final barrage of devastating gut punches. She celebrates with a victory smoke and posing over her fallen rival... but is it really over?
