The Spandex Gang has been causing trouble in Wonder VeVe's town, so she agrees to meet them to settle things once and for all. Gang Leader Howl offers her deal: he and his gang will clear out of town for good, if VeVe can defeat them in a fight -- a fight where he sets the terms. Howl smugly declares that VeVe must take on two of his minions at once, but, instead of being worried, the heroine cockily lets the gangster know he's the one who should be worried.
