I've finally decided to take on underwater breath hold training more seriously again, and hopefully get back to near the level I once was when I used to compete, a couple years ago.
This is a max attempt on week one of my training, where I'm basically assessing where I'm starting from. I'm hoping to eventually get back to where I used to be, but with a breath hold time between 3 and 4 minutes and contractions starting at around 1:30-2:00, it looks like it's gonna be a long journey to get back to my top shape!
