I was bored at home so I decided to film myself doing a sexy workout video :) I did a lot of different yoga type stretching and some strength training stuff; push ups, crunches, arm curls, shoulder press, etc : I hope you guys like it, I would like to start doing more of this stuff! If this video does well then I will probably make another exercise video that focuses more on booty exercises and maybe one that focuses on ab exercises! Thanks for checking me out :)
