Vince comes across a strange lamp left in the drawer of his hotel room. For kicks, he rubs the lamp and is surprised when an actual Genie appears in the room. Excited at this find, Vince is ready to make his three wishes but the Genie stops him. She's been stuck in her lamp for years, bored all by herself and wants to have a little fun.
