Part 3 continues with Vinyl Queen interrogating Jon Juniper regarding his smoking habits. She starts off with a firm leather strap/paddle that leaves red welts across his backside. Next is the lollipop implement that is like a small sap. Vinyl Queen lights up and analyzes Jon's excuses for continuing to smoke. She wants to torment him with the smell of cigarettes while he can't have one. VQ's is slow and unrelenting as the welts develop in large red blotches. She finishes her cigarette as the clip concludes.
