Part 3 is the final installment in the Blazing Paddles 3 series. Vinyl Queen now uses her most painful instruments on Jon Juniper's backside. The sole leather strap, long paddle and the cane serve to demonstrate her point that Jon really needs to quit smoking.

When the destruction of Jon's behind is complete, it's time for him to show how grateful he is to VQ for ending the torment. She allows him to worship her black and white leather boots as he kneels by her throne. Hopefully her message has hit home with him!
