Part 2 continues with VQ continuing to talk to her patient in the treatment room. He has problems with getting tongue-tied so she puts her foot in his mouth to help him overcome these verbal barriers. VQ gags him with her foot and doesn't take it out until she feels that he has understood the lesson. She transitions to actual foot worship but goes back to foot gagging when necessary. As her patient becomes more relaxed, he becomes more active in worshiping VQ's feet. He holds her foot in his mouth and licks the bottoms of her soles with vigor.
