Trampleguy and Vinyl Queen continue with their piercing extravaganza in Part 2. This time VQ is going to run her needle heels through Trampleguy's hands on top of the cockbox. First one hand and then the other on top of the cockbox, VQ makes sure to stand and twist her heels for maximum pain. After she is done with hurting Trampleguy like that, she has him lay his face on top of the cockbox. She pierces the inside of his cheek with her heel. Two camera angles capture the action close up. You hear Trampleguy scream in agony as the heels twist in his flesh! NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH!
