First thing I do in the morning before jumping in the shower is give my teeth a good, sloppy brushing. I load up my toothbrush with a big dollop of tooth paste and start scrubbing, reaching every corner and behind every tooth. I slowly let the big globs of spit and tooth past drip off my chin and splat into the sink below my face before getting to work on scrubbing my tongue clean. I finish the whole routine off with a good swish of clean water before drying off my chin and getting on with the rest of my morning routine.
