I first found out that my breasts could produce some amounts of milk but was too embarassed about it for the longest time until I was with a partner who was obsessed and in love with the milk that would flow from my nipples when he would squeeze and twist and pinch them! I tried to mimic those same actions! Anf to my surprize, I was able to get milk out! Enough to fall from my nipple and spalsh down on my leg or would drip down my breasts and stomach!
