Vivian needs to pee, when she opens the toilet lid she finds a little bug in there. She gives the bug some time to get out while she holds it, she's so desperate her legs shake and she does a desperation dance while waiting.

When she can't hold anymore, she sits down and pisses, rejoicing the relief feeling.
