Devising a solar-energy siphoning device that can dampen Power Princess' legendary superpowers, Diablo hires the sleek and sensual Catwoman to help carry out his plan. Masterminding a fake emergency, Doctor Diablo confronts his old arch-nemesis and asks for her unconditional surrender. As Power Princess refuses, the doctor blasts her with the energy-draining siphon, yanking out 90% of the solar energy stored in her cells. Now with only 10% of her super-strength and her flight powers all but neutralized, Power Princess tries to get up off the floor but Earth's gravity is too much for our stellar-borne superheroine!

Her cells deprived of energy, Power Princess tries to to use each of her superpowers but it seems they've all failed her. Grabbed by Catwoman and yanked roughly to her feet, the exhausted and power-drained superheroine is meek and mild with the sudden enervation. Weak and submissive, Power Princess barely puts up a struggle against Catwoman as she's hogtied and bound with red rope by the feline supervillain. Unable to break the ropes with super-strength and unable to use her heat vision to burn through the tight bindings, Power Princess struggles to reach the emergency communicator hidden in her belt, but her hands are tightly bound and there's no way to reach it easily. Doctor Diablo lords his plans for world domination over the power-dampened superheroine and he mocks the top-heavy crimefighter as she struggles to recharge her depleted energy cells.
