STORY :

Mr. Pennington of the C.I.A. meets with Ada Woo, of MRS WOO'S CULINARY HOUSE OF ASIAN MEOW-MEOW DELIGHTS to discuss the shipment of seven hundred pounds of opium to the United States from the "Golden Triangle" in Asia. Mrs Woo deals in white slavery, opium, production, and her Chinese restaurant has long been suspected of being the reason for many missing housecats throughout the city. Her 'exotic' dishes nonwithstanding, Mrs Woo is ruthless and will stop at nothing to be the number one upplier on the west coast.

Unless Mrs. Woo is stopped by one person... V.I.P. U.S. Marshal!

Hot on the trail of the missing Mr. Pennington, V.I.P. goes to talk to Mrs. Woo, and finds a den of evil and iniquity far beyond anything she's encountered previously. As she probes deeper, she finds that Mrs. Woo uses the "Meow-Meow House of Cuisine" as not only a delivery station, but also that she's been breaking health codes left and right by offering "feline delicacies" to her patrons and has been passing them off as simple chicken dishes! Yikes! Can Mrs. Woo's awful grasp of the Engrish language save her from the wrath of the U.S. Marshal's office?

V.I.P. soon discovers that she's in over her head when Mrs. Woo's goons grab her outside the restaurant, before she can call on her phone for help, and they soon tie her up tightly with rope and leave her bound and wriggling on the floor, stripped of her trusty sidearm and her regulation handcuffs! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A U.S. MARSHAL!!!!!!!
