Agent Kestrel (Vivian Ireene Pierce) is a feared metahuman bounty hunter dressed in a bulletproof skintight silver catsuit complete with sexy leather boots and a utility belt filled with spy gadgetry. Kestrel's strength, speed, and stamina are easily three times that of any ordinary human being thanks to her mutant physiology, and backed by her spy arsenal she's easily a match for any superheroine brave enough to face her in combat! Today the Agent Kestrel is stalking a junior member of the League of Amazing Women through the forest near Quantico Station. Our supervillain is armed with a specially-modified M-16 (Version 4a) in order to practice her hunting and tracking skills. The junior member of the League of Amazing Women got a little too close to Agent Kestrel's base of operations and was taken out by a concealed booby-trap earlier in the day. Now, a prisoner of Kestrel's, she's being hunted for sport and the ultimate conclusion to this chase will be her imminent demise. In addition, Agent Kestrel and the criminal organization that she belongs to have taken great interest in this junior league member's mystic belt, the source of her powerful abilities in random probability manipulation. Unfortunately, the belt is magically attached to the heroine's body so it cannot normally come off. Agent Kestrel has decided to test the limits of the heroine's "good" luck, and so she's rigged this game to see how much probability manipulation the fleeing superhero has in her body... before her luck runs out.

Unfortunately, the crimefighter's luck seems to be running a little short after the day's events. Kestrel's carefully-aimed bullets find their non-fatal mark against the do-gooder in the bright purple leotard and patterned fishnet tights, and down she goes onto the grass after a few precise hits in the back. However, the heroine is playing a trick on Agent Kestrel because her luck powers have kicked in and the wounds are just mere scratches and narrow misses! The superhero's subsequent possum act successfully dupes the lovely Kestrel into letting her guard down. The junior superhero manages to get the jump on Agent Kestrel and uses her nega-bands on her wrists to neutralize all of Agent Kestrel's superhuman might and it transforms her into an ordinary human for a full hour. Taking the weapon from Agent Kestrel and tossing it aside, the junior superhero uses Agent Kestrel's own handcuffs to shackle her to a nearby tree and then leaves to try and get beyond the range of the transmission scramblers to summon some help from the League of Amazing Women. Leaving Agent Kestrel alone though is a big mistake, as Kestrel uses the lockpicks in her utility belt to get free of her own handcuffs and immediately goes off after the young crimefighter. After sneaking up on the superhero from behind, a capsule of potent napping spray takes all the fight out of the purple crusader and Agent Kestrel slaps the handcuffs on the gasping, tired heroine instead, taking her as a prisoner once more! Still, there's one more card left to play in this game of spy versus spy, and a well-placed karate chop leaves the of good in final victory and the defeated, debelted, and weaponless super-spy Kestrel trudging through the woods in her sexy black boots while restrained, awaiting an eventual arrest by the League of Amazing Women.
