QUICK SYNOPSIS:
A brief prologue shows Wonder Vivian entering the Cheetah's home and spin-transforming from Wonder Vivian back into her alter-ego of Diana Prince so as not to disturb the mentally-unhinged Priscilla and accidentally trigger a transformation into her criminal alter-ego. The prologue also shows how Steve Trevor is tricked into giving the Cheetah the inhibitor collar after Cheetah psychologically manipulates him. In the present, after being tasered by the inhibitor collar and caught with her own magic lasso, Wonder Vivian and Cheetah end up getting into a pitched battle to decide who will win supreme. Wonder Vivian puts up a heroic struggle but ultimately loses and not only sacrifices her magic bracelets, belt, and tiara, but also loses her shiny red boots as well. Wonder Vivian is defeated with napping darts and is given a rag laced with tired-time juice and she soon falls into a deep and dreamless rest.

STORY :
A prologue shows what happened before the events of part one. Steve Trevor is lured to Priscilla Rich's home and by coming on to him and manipulating Steve by pandering to his massive ego, Steve is tricked into turning over the inhibitor collar by promising him sexual favors. Steve turns over the collar, and then is denied by the Cheetah. When Steve argues to get the collar back, the clever Cheetah dismisses him and uses the collar as bait to lure in her *real* archenemy, Wonder Vivian! Another part of the prologue shows Wonder Vivian arriving at the Cheetah's home but because she knows that Priscilla Rich has a high probability of turning into the Cheetah if she sees Wonder Vivian, the amazon princess opts for a rare "spinning transformation" back into plain-jane Diana Prince so as not to set off Priscilla's delicate psyche and simmering anger towards Wonder Vivian.
In the present, Wonder Vivian is still reeling from being fitted with the inhibitor collar. With her powers partially neutralized and with the electrical shocks keeping her weakened, the fight is badly weighted on the side of the Cheetah. Wonder Vivian fights back as hard as she's able, but the Cheetah is easily able to snatch away Wonder Vivian's golden lasso and use it against her. Wrapping it around Vivian's midsection, she interrogates the busty redhead about her sources of strength. Under the lasso's influence, Vivian is to admit that her bracelets are what keep her from harm. Cheetah gleefully tears them off of Vivian's wrists and tosses them aside. Then Wonder Vivian is to admit that her magic tiara is what grants her telepathic abilities. Cheetah rips that off of Wonder Vivian's head, leaving the amazon princess robbed of her mental powers. Finally, Wonder Vivian is to admit that her golden belt is the source of all of her super-strength. As Cheetah goes to grab it though she lets go of the lasso, allowing Wonder Vivian a chance to turn and pull away, tearing the lasso off of her body.
Wonder Vivian smiles and reminds the Cheetah that the lasso must be held for any commands to take effect. Cheetah snarls and attacks Wonder Woman and a fierce melee battle breaks out, with both Cheetah and Wonder Vivian getting in some epic punches and hits! Wonder Woman starts with some belly punching, knocking the wind out of Cheetah, but then the feline foe retaliates with some kidney punches of her own, making the defenseless Wonder Vivian howl in pain! The two trade haymaker punches, kicks, face slappings, and a variety of jabs and massive uppercuts, knocking each other back and forth. Eventually though Wonder Vivian tired out and loses stamina, allowing Cheetah to come in and tear the golden power belt off of Wonder Vivian's waistline! Weakened severely, Wonder Vivian is mortified when the Cheetah places the golden belt around her own waistline, and soon the cat criminal has all of Wonder Vivian's super-strength! A big punch or two ends the fight decisively, with Vivian being battered to the ground and then shot by five of the Cheetah's napping darts from her "cat claw" bracelet! Put to the Cheetah pulls forth a red rag from her cleavage and places it firmly over Vivian's nose and mouth, pressing down tightly to seal the airtight clamp over Vivian's breathing spaces.
Vivian struggles, but without her super-strength the outcome soon becomes clear, and Wonder Vivian is defeated once and for all. Her napping body is slowly panned over by the camera, and her fate is now uncertain.
