Akira has just binged and gorged on a feast of tinies, however she has one left. Unlucky for that tiny, she is big and bloated. Filled with gas from within that she has to release. So many burps stuffed inside of her that she must free. She makes the tiny listen to her huge stomach stir, wanting to see if they can hear the other's within that she ate before them. Burping in the tinies face is her favorite part, as she knows they smell of the leftovers of the tinies within her.
