She's dressed in short shorts, as her client likes, and we learn a few things about the arrangement. Her client is extremely obese, wealthy, and eccentric and loves to have Austin feed him vast amounts of food and rub his belly. As Austin proudly chats about making a lot of money with such an easy gig, she hears a bell ringing impatiently from the bedroom down the hall. Her client is extremely obese, wealthy, and eccentric and loves to have Austin feed him vast amounts of food and rub his belly. As Austin proudly chats about making a lot of money with such an easy gig, she hears a bell ringing impatiently from the bedroom down the hall. Austin ends the conversation and jokes to her friend that if she doesn't hurry, she may end up getting swallowed whole.

Austin retrieves several containers of junk food and carries them to the bedroom. There waiting is Toothy the Clown, eager to be fed his next meal. As Austin hands him the various items, he impatiently snatches them out of her hands and devours them quickly. Soon there's no food left and Austin starts to leave and get more, but Toothy grabs her by her shirt and pulls it off. Alarmed, but not wanting to offend her well-paying client, she tries to be sympathetic to his massive appetite and listens to his stomach growling. Toothy holds her face to his belly. Getting more freaked out, Austin tries to leave again but Toothy grabs her by the foot and pulls her backwards towards him. She pleads with him that she is not food and she will get him more, but his appetite has driven him to madness by now. He pulls her into his massive mouth feet-first and devours her inch by inch. In her final moments, Austin is struggling inside Toothy's large, satisfied belly, lamenting that she wishes she could've been eaten by someone less ugly.
