The film opens with Bonnie in a motel room. She's on the phone with a friend of hers, and is telling her how excited she is to go to the circus. Bonnie thought it might be cool if she goes to the circus dressed as a scary clown. She brags about the costume and lays it out so she can text a picture of it to her friend. After laying out the costume and snapping the photo, Bonnie turns her back to it. The costume fills out and starts to move. When Bonnie notices, she drops the phone in terror. The clown, now sentient and in the form of Toothy the Clown, moves to get between Bonnie and the door...

The clown, now sentient and in the form of Toothy the Clown, moves to get between Bonnie and the door so she can't escape. Bonnie begs for her life, but Toothy is starving and is ready to devour her! He throws her to the bed and bites down on her bare feet as she kicks for dear life. She gets free, but Toothy quickly grabs one of her hands and pulls her in headfirst. Bonnie struggles and tries to pull away, but without the use of her arms, Toothy is able to gobble her down inch by inch. Toothy enjoys fondling her firm little butt and her smooth, toned legs as they come within reach. Finally, after swallowing Bonnie's bare feet and toes, Toothy stands up and lumbers over to a nearby chair. His belly is bloated and distended, and he sits down to rest and digest his meal.
