Today is my cleaning day. Before I clean out the fridge, I have to put on my tough rubber cleaning gloves. They protect my hands. First, I empty all the shelves from the products, and then I pull out these shelves so that they can be thoroughly washed with detergent and under running water.
I squeeze the cleanser onto the sponge and scrub hard to really wash out all the nasty stuff that has been sitting and festering for too long.
