You had a horrible day in the office: You had to do an important presentation, so you went to work suffering from a really bad case of stomach cramps and aches. To make it worse you spent all day in high heels, so your feet were you. Back home, the cramps are getting worse and worse and your feet hurt like hell.

1. Scene: Brewing a tea in the kitchen: After coming home, you are preparing a tea to soothe your stomach aches. While doing it and waiting for it, you hold and rub your belly, you bend over, pull your kness up, moan and grimace in pain. And as your feet hurt as well, you are dipping out of your shoes one at a time, rubbing your feet up and down your legs, curling and wiggling your toes or reaching down to massage your soles and arches.

2. Scene: Sitting at a table: You sit down on a chair at the kitchen table to drink your tea which will hopefully cure your stomach aches. While doing so, you cross your ankles under the chair, pop your heels off and dangle your shoes off your heels, showing off your achy, tired soles. Whenever a cramp hits you, you wrap your arms around your belly, double over, rock back and forth and moan. Camera should switch between under the chair perspective and a more total view. When it is focused on your feet and shoeplay, I still hear you moan with horrible stomach aches. As the cramps and stomach aches get worse and worse, you shift, twist and squirm around on your chair. The tea doesn't help at all and it is getting hard for you to sit straight. You decide to find a more comfortable position on the couch.

3. Scene: Writhing on the couch: You move to the couch, sitting down, leaning back, closing your eyes and softly massaging your aching belly. You moan and grimace and pain while playing with your shoes. The cramps once again grow stronger, so you lie down. You squirm around, pulling your knees up and using a pillow to push into your stomach. You roll onto your belly and hump the pillow with your stomach applying more pressure. Finally you go into the "Ass up, Face down" position (ass and feet facing me). The pumps fall of your feet and you toes curl as you moan in agony, clutching your belly tight
