The camera shows you from the waist down. You dance in front of the camera for one minute. Then you do shoulderstand leg bicycles with your right side facing the camera for one minute. You do this in 3 outfits:

1. T-shirt, blue shiny yoga pants and cowboy boots

2 t-shirt, shiny suntan pantyhose, shiny blue yoga pants and silver high heeled sandals.

3. T shirt, shiny suntan pantyhose, silver high heeled sandals.
