I sit cross-legged after a long day of walking and stick my heel out of my ballet flat. I point my foot up so my toes don't stick out. After a while, I slowly lower my leg and start rocking it up and down. Without using my hands, I do my best to skilfully let my shoe slide until it begins to wobble dangerously just off my big toe. In the end ballet flat on the big toe, I let it fall.
