I was thinking of a sort of movie audition, from a side view, much like this video:

In this it would be like you're doing a movie audition, and you pretend there's someone in front of you (not towards the camera).
You smile, and pretend like you're flirting with this invisible man, and then you pretend that you grab his shoulders, and knee him in the balls.
Then you say something like, "uuuu, right in the nuts!" and then you giggle, and flex your muscles, and put your hands on your hips.
Then, you pretend like you've been kicked in the crotch, and you can lean backwards and bend forwards, and rock back and forth.
Afterwards, you clear your throat, and dust yourself off, before walking off.
You could do this a few times if you like, the first half wearing a top and long skirt, and the second half wearing a top and panties.
