I use a lot of shampoo and do it twice, rinsing my hair thoroughly and creating a lot of lather. After that I apply conditioner and rub it evenly along the entire length of the hair. I have a fairly deep bath, and I can freely submerge my head under the water, which I really like. After shampoo, conditioner and long soaps, I enjoy clean hair.
