I thought the video would be in your bedroom, like in the images, and it starts off with you entering the room, and stretching a bit, before you take off your bra from underneath your white tank top (like in the resting image) and you could take off your pants, to reveal white panties. You also untie your hair to let it loose (can have it in a ponytail or something when you enter the room).
Now in just your white tank top, and white underwear, you decide to do a few stretching exercises, like in one of the images, and after you do a few of these, you yawn and stretch, and sit on the bed.
On the bed, you decide to go on your phone, and after a short while, you start to gently rub your panties, and relax (like in the image).
