I love hearing you talk, and roleplay fun scenarios, and I had an idea which involves you talking to the camera (in your language).
The attire could be something casual like jeans and a t-shirt or tank top, and you can go barefoot if you like.

The idea was that you're a fun self defense teacher, and you can pretend as if you are teaching a class ("camera man" POV could be one of your students).
You introduce yourself to the class, and explain that you'll teach them some fighting moves, and demonstrate how to do them.
You start with showing some sensitive areas you can strike, by pointing to different body parts on yourself.
Then, you demonstrate how to perform different strikes like kicks, knees, and punches etc.
You also demonstrate how an attacker would react to different hits, and how you can use this to your advantage (like run away afterwards etc).
One example you can do is how when you hit an attacker in the nose, they will grab their nose in pain, which then allows you to kick them in the crotch and run away.
You could also demonstrate the opposite, where you explain that you can kick them in the crotch, and they bend over, so you can then hit them in the nose and then run away.
Finally, you ask for a volunteer, and you look towards the camera man, which you find amusing that the camera man looks a little scared.
You can then if you like, demonstrate some moves with the camera man, and then end the class.
