Arena has always been destined and determined to become the best swimmer in her school's team.

This involves a lot of breath technique training in the bathtub – breath holding and exhaling underwater in full swim wear!

Underwater sounds, BUBBLES, some snapping with the swim cap and goggles – silicone on silicone – as she puts on her practicing gear.

After the breath holding Arena enjoys a long warm shower with little streams and drops of water floating over her silicone covered head.
