So we did a Breathhold Bootcamp with Layla to improve her breathholding!
Starting with the oval mask over her nose and mouth, going over into the bathtub for breathholding with a flooded mask and ending with over one and a half minutes of underwater breathhold timing in the bathtub! Enjoy ;)
