In the big city when the weatherman predicts rain an umbrella is all thats needed so if a city girl ignores the weather report she can buy a cheap umbrella at the nearest newsstand. On an undeveloped Caribbean island, when it rains it pours and the drainage which is far from perfect. So when our city girl hears it's going to rain and puts on a sheer blouse, no bra and her cute suede high heeled booties to run her errands for the day, it makes a nice show for us wet high heels fans.
