The idea of the story for the video would be, you making a video for your ex-boyfriend who left you one year ago because he was looking for a girl with muscles (mainly bicep). Now, as you have built some muscle in the last year, you would like to show him, what he is missing out on and give him a good tease. The video should be then something like the following: 1. You wearing a t-shirt which is covering your upper arm. You flex your biceps and stretch the sleeve. Then pull up your sleeve and start to show more of your biceps muscle. Still keep it partially covered by the t-shirt for teasing reason. Also talking about how hard your biceps feel and how much you workout. Really bring down your forearm to your shoulder to get the biggest bulge out of your biceps. Gradually show more of your biceps muscles. Please use your left arm as your bicep muscle looks more perfect. 2. Then you take off your t-shirt, still wearing your bikini underneath. Still flexing your biceps. 3. You can also rub some oil onto your biceps and continue showing off your biceps. Please also make some close-up shots of you flexing your biceps. 4. Then you also can show off your calve muscles 5. Then the last part would be you showing of your biceps and talking dirty. Flex your biceps as hard as you can.
